Ecco Launches The Lightweight,
Limited-Edition BIOM Zero Shoe.

Lightweight, Flexible, Low-Profile Design With Street Style.

Ecco BIOM Zero

"It’s as close as you can get to a golf shoe that feels like wearing nothing and playing barefoot" Ecco's Michael Waack.

We were first introduced to Ecco's BIOM technology back in 2011 with the original Ecco BIOM golf shoe. The anatomical design is constructed to offer a perfect fit whilst promoting the natural motion and position of your feet.

In 2012, we saw two new BIOM models hit the market, in the form of the BIOM Hybrid and BIOM Gore-Tex shoes. Now for the 2013 season, the Danish brand is offering the limited-edition BIOM Zero shoe.

Lighten Up

The new Ecco BIOM Zero shoes weigh less than 10 ounces. That is seriously light (more than 25% lighter than a can of Coke). In fact, it is the lightest golf shoe Ecco have ever made. The lightweight, flexible design allows golfers to find the natural movement during rounds and with their swing.

Why Zero?

The name Zero refers to the zero heel drop design. Essentially, Ecco have removed the heel from the shoe so that entire sole sits flat to the ground. This Zero design gives your the feeling like you are playing barefoot with a low-profile design that brings your feet closer to the ground.

The BIOM Zero shoes will be available in either white or black from February, with an RRP of £140.
