About Sunice

Sunice is an experienced leader in the technical outerwear industry because of their groundbreaking combination of science and style. They create innovative design, using durable construction and blend fashion-forward styling with the latest in technical specialty fabrics. Sunice emerged in 1976 in Calgary as a dynamic new brand in skiwear.

Their desire to raise the profile of their brand showed itself literally in 1982, when Sunice outfitted a team making Canada's first ever attempt to summit Everest. The ascent continued in 1988 when the pioneering brand was selected as an Official Supplier to the Winter Olympics in Calgary. Following its Olympic success, Sunice decided to plant its flag in a new industry.

The Sunice golf outerwear line was introduced in 1992, offering quality on par with their ski gear. Today Sunice is recognized as the #1 Canadian Golf outerwear brand, and is worn by numerous professionals on both the American and European PGA Tour, and LPGA Tour. Thanks in large part to their commitment to designing a superior technical Performance Layering System. Sunice is also the only golf wear company in the world to boast the X-Static® Silver technology as a part of their polo program. Sunice backs all waterproof outerwear with a waterproof guarantee.

In January, 2010, the PGA of America announced that Sunice had been chosen as an official Licensed Product Partner for the 2011 and 2012 PGA Championship as well as the 2012 Ryder Cup. This news came in addition to Sunice being selected by the LPGA to design, manufacture and provide the waterproof outerwear that will be worn by the 2011 and 2013 U.S. Solheim Cup teams. Sunice is also a licensee of the PGA Tour and their TPC network of clubs.
