All 2-Fore!-1 and GreenFree voucher orders received by 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 4pm will be dispatched the next working day. 

Open Fairways orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 3 working days of your order being received.

Deliveries will be sent to the billing address specified in the order form.  If you would like a different delivery address, place your order and then email Golfalot with your order number and details of the new delivery address.

UK Delivery £3.50

Orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post, so please allow enough time for your order to arrive.

Europe & Worldwide £5

Non-UK deliveries are sent by Airmail, so please allow enough time for your order to arrive.

Credit & Debit Cards

When you place your order, your payment details are processed by WorldPay on behalf of Golfalot.com using Worldpay's secure server. We can accept payment MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Maestro, Solo & JCB cards. Once payment has been made, your card details are not retained by Golfalot.

The internet is no more or less secure than other forms of credit card processing, but these precautions ensure that your details are managed as securely as possible.

Cheque

If you prefer, you can pay by cheque. Simply complete all the details on the order form, print it off and post with a cheque (payable to 'Golfalot Limited') to our office address. Payment must be received before orders are sent to you.

Terms Of Sale

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and Golfalot will take place on the dispatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of, but not limited to, either the product you ordered being unavailable from stock, our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment or the identification of a pricing or product description error. Golfalot reserves the right to decline or rescind any order and refund your customer's payment rather than deliver the goods.

Cancellations & Refunds

You have the right, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, to cancel an order within 7 days of receiving goods. This right of cancellation does not apply to personalised goods. If you have received the goods, you must return them to us at Golfalot, 111 Swanston Road, Edinburgh, EH10 7DS, UK or to an address specified by us. You must ensure that reasonable care is taken of any goods received until they are returned. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is faulty. Where possible Golfalot will replace faulty goods and cover the postage cost of the replacement.
